Breakfast plays a crucial role in starting the day. What you consume at the beginning fuels how your day will unfold. I've discovered that a protein-rich breakfast keeps me full for longer and helps suppress those sneaky cravings. A straightforward breakfast that has worked well for me to feel energized and kick off the day is two eggs, a carbohydrate option like a bagel, toast, or some roasted potatoes, along with fiber. One of the easy substitutes that fits perfectly for this scenario would be a sprouted grains type of bread, ensuring additional protein and fiber.
